rage because of something lie
blamed me for. and lie took out his
anger on nn sweet dog He emp-
tied the gun into her poor little
body When nn daughter grabbed
his arm and tried to stop linn, lie
threw her to the floor
She and I were Instcrical and
are devastated Edgar was arrested
for animal crueltv which I believe
is a felony in my state He might
actually serve time Under no cir-
cumstances will he be returning to
this home or to our marriage It s

Auditor B f "Bob” Dockens ear-
lier this year recommended going
to a right of reimbursement for a
bond procedure in which all acqui-
sitions from Oct. I through June 30
will go into one note, thus accumu-
lating all assets and issuing one tax

At the time of the change in pro-
cedure, Dockens informed the court
that there are multiple advantages,
including cost efficiency, lower
interest rates and less paperwork
