Two attachment suits were filed In the cli II
courts of Houston joMcrday by the South
Texas Xatlounl bank ot this city One of

the other Is against the Waco Lumber com
puny of McLennan county

national Trust company of Huston Mass
the entire property of tho Citizens Tele-
phone company of tills city The convey-
ance Is made to secure an Issue of S0ino
worth of bonds which was aulborlred at
a meeting of the directors and stockholders
of tho telephone company held ou Novem-
ber s loon
The bonds nre paynblo In twenty yeirs
and bear Interest nt the rnte of D per cent
per annum The Interest Is payable semi-
annually the months of January and July
being designated for the semlnnnual iay
monts of the Interest
