Truck Growers to Organize
Jefferson Tex Feb 6 05
To the business men of Jeffer-
son and farmers in the surround-
ing countries wo have decided to
make an effort to organize another
Truck Growers Association in Ma-
rion rounty
It is very strange that Jefferson
and surrounding country is atBUch
a standstill when burrounding
country and in fact al East Tex
as is alive to the work we believe
however that uow is the time to
make another effort to organizo
and believing as we do we want all
that wish to join tho association to
meet at the court house in Jeffer-
son on Saturday tho 18th of Feb-
ruary at 10 oclock a m nnd we
want all that join to mean business
strictly We earnestly request all
the business men of Jefferson to
meet with us on the above named
day because it is on them our sue
cuss depends Should they fail to
meet with us we will know by
their actions that they are not in
sympathy with us and it would be
useless to try to organize
