SCHWARZ-PECHACEK-EMIGH HOUSE IN BOERNE ... Built about 1910 for Gus
and Matilda Brink in 1923, it became the home of William and Margaret Schwarz. On their
deaths the house passed to their daughter, Crescentia Pechacek until 1984, when it was sold
to Karyn and Michael Emigh, who have remodeled and restored it.32
