Mrs,, Graham’s Third Grade has
been writing descriptions during
English, During the art period,
they have been making Christmas
cards. Their favorite song now
is ’’Rudolph, the Red Nosed Rein-
deer.”
Mrs. Wilson’s Third Grade has
started decorating the room for
Christmas. We have a fire place
up and are ready to hang our
stockings over it. We have col-
ored 10 small pictures about the
birth of Christ. Now we are work-
ing on a reindeer.
We are anxious to get our re-
port cards Monday. Dorothy Geis,
Lucretia Mullis, and Annett Nor-
man made the ”A” honor roll.
Everett Byrne,Judy Proman, Oleta
Keyes,Beatrice McKinney, and Joe
Nowell made the ”B” honor roll.
Mrsc Brothers’-: room has been
busy the past week. The students
are all glad that their Six Weeks
Tests are over. They have been

busy planning a schoolroom play

The band members are happy to
start band again,
Mr,English's Sixth Grade stu-
dents are proud to have a new
student. She is Phyllis Rogers.
Phyllis has lived in Archer City
once before. Our members of the
band regretted to see Mr. Jenkins
leave, but they are sure they
will enjoy the new teacher as
much. We regret that one of our
students, Mary Stone, has a sore
throat* We really enjoyed Thanks-
giving holidays.
The students of Miss Gaston’s
room welcome a now student,Philip
Kunkel, from Olney.
With money collected on li-
brary fines, the class purchased
a new book for the class library,
Shane. Miss Gaston is reading the
book to the class now.
Mr. Waldrip’s Seventh Grade
class had a big Thanksgiving. A
number of the students went out
of town. The class regrets the
loss of Tommy Culwell who recent-
ly moved to Wichita Palls.

can Legion Hall, Friday December

The members made some candy
which required no cooking. Each
