The Quarterly Membership
Luncheon was held Thursday,
February 7th at Moon’s Gardens
Chinese Restaurant. 64 mem-
bers and their guest were in at-
tendance to network, catch-up on
upcoming events, and meet some
new people. Several doorprizes
were given to lucky attendees in-
cluding an autographed baseball
by Astro’s Richard Hidalgo do-
nated by Drayton McLane, and
two sets of Houston Livestock
Show and Rodeo tickets for the
Clint Black and Lisa Hartman
Black performance, donated by
Pat Green. Lee Greening,
Bernice Black and Mark Currier
won these doorprizes respec-
tively. We want to thank Pros-
perity Bank, Bettie and Bubba
Groce, Omni Physical Therapy,
and Jack Watson for donating
additionalf’^GSowrizes. The
''Cliamber^-gef ‘Worth $ 100:00
was won by T. W. Garrett, who
was present to claim the ‘Tree'
when his name was drawn. We
want to thank Michelle Hendrix -
November’s winner - for donat-
ing $50.00 for December’s draw-
ing, Cleveland Regional Medical
Center for donating $50.00 for
February’s drawing. Michael

The first day for early voting in
the March 12th Primary Elec-
tion is Sunday February 24th
from 11:00am to 3:00pm at the
Courthouse Annex in Cleveland
and the Liberty County Court-
house in Liberty. Early voting
continues February 25th through
March 8th weekdays at these
same locations. Early voting
times are 8:00am to 5:00pm at the
annex and Liberty Courthouse.
Monday. February 11th was the
final day to register to vote in the
primary.
Texas Cooperative Extension
and Liberty County Extension
Office will be hosting the
Cashing In On Business Op-
portunities Workshops begin-
ning on February 25th at the Log
Cabin in Stancil Park from
6:00pm to 9:00pm. Registration
deadline is February 13th. Con-
