* On last Sunday at the home of
H, H. Dbubravaand family a few
neighbors and friends were espec-
ially invited.; When they were
dined ; to their hearts: con-
tent music, speeches and dia-
logues were.given on the phono-
gtaph. 'While the hid folks chit-
ted and discussed the economic
question of the day, the grown
up youngsters indulged in that
national necessity commonly
called courtship and the smaller
lads wielded the ball and hat on
the prairie nearby. It was not
till old Sol hid his face behind
the western horizon that the
guests took their departure, and
then it was'with many words of
appreciation and praise for the
pleasant time they bad spent.
To say the least, it was one of
those rare occasions that makes
man realize the fact that life is
worth living. '
