Mr. John Damek, was killed Tues-
day noon by one of his mules.
Deceased had been plowing in the
field and had brought his team to
the.watering trough to water.
*No one saw the accident when it
oceured but from all appearances
it is supposed that the mule jer-
ked the unfortunate man down
and against the trough with such
% force as to kill him. This theory
