of Judge Lynn Lowe The
appointment was effective
immediately as Adamez was

Adamez was the winner in
ihe May Democratic primary
race tor lawe's post, since
Lowe had announced his
retirement and would in all
probability, have assumed the
post January t. since he has no
opponent in the November
general elections
A former constable in
Precinct 2, Adamez is
currently holding court in
temporary quarters at his
place of employment, the

During discussion of the
office location in Aransas Pass.
Commissioner Pat Kindle of
Precinct 4, suggested the
county consider a county
building on property now
owned by the county, ap-
proximately midway between
Aransas Pass and Ingleside
Kindle said he felt all county
offices functioning in his
precinct could operate from
one building, at a saving to the
county No action was taken on
this matter, however, since the
suggestion was not on the
agenda, and was merely up for
discussion.

the commissioners court is
scheduled for Monday iJuly

AIR CONDITIONER
WITH THE
10-YEAR WARRANTY
WILL PAY FOR ITSELF
'tfr* am..
IN LESS THAN 10 YEARS.
What s the worst thing that could happen to your electric
air conditioner in the next ten years?
The compressor could burn out. Probably once At least
And by the time you’re through with replacements,
you’ve probably spent more in the repair place than you did
in the first place.
There’s an alternative. Arkla/Servel gas air conditioning
Arkla/Servel is built with fewer moving parts. And one of
them isn’t a compressor.
Arkla/Servel residential air conditioners come with a
standard limited warranty* that covers any defects in materials
and workmanship of the parts in the sealed refrigeration unit.
For 10 full years. ,
You may pay a little more in the beginning for gas air
conditioning But it’ll more than pay for itself in the end.
