You are hereby commanded to make
publication of this Citation and Notice
by publishing the same in some
newspaper published in said County
one tune a week for three consecutive
weeks previous to the 11 day of
January A. D.‘ 1926, the return day
thereof, to-wit:
“THE STATE OF TEXAS AND
COUNTY OF WILLACY
To R. C. Morris and unknown owners,
And all persons owning or having or
claiming any interest in the following-
described land delinquent to the State
of Texas and County of Willacy for
taxes, to-wit: Lots 17, 18, 19, 20 and
21, Block 8, Town of Sebastian, ac-
cording to the official map or plat
thereof, as the same appears of re-
cord in deed records, Cameron County
Texas.
Which said land is delinquent for
the following amounts: $16.28 for
State Taxes and $38.98 for County
Taxes, and you are hereby notified
that suit has been brought by the
State for the Collection of said taxes,
and you are commanded to appear and
defend such suit at the January Term
of Criminal District Court of Willacy
County and State of Texas, being the
next regular term thereof to be held
at the cort house thereof, at Ray—
mondville," Texas, on the 11 day of
January, A. D. 1926, and show cause
I why judgment shall not be rendered
condemning said land, and ordering
sale and foreclosure thereof for said
taxes and costs of suit.”

You are hereby commanded to
make publication of this Citation and
Notice by publishing the same in
some newspaper published in said
County one time a week for three
consecutive weeks previous to the 11
day of January, A. D. 1926, the return
day thereof, to-wit:

To The Sheriff or any constable of
Willacy County—Greeting:
. You are hereby commanded to sum-
mon the unknown heirs of Jose Nar-
cisco Cavazas, Maria Ygnacia Cava-
zos, Maria Guadalupe Cavazos y
Gutierrez, Pedro Hinojosa Valdez,
Luis Renand, J. N. Cavazos, Fernan-
do Levrier, Geronimo Guzman and
JMaria Josefa Cavazos, all deceased,
whose names are unknown to appear
at the next regular term of the dist-
rict court of Willacy County Texas,
to be held at the court house, in the
city of Raymondville, on the 3rd,
Monday after the 1st Monday in Nov.
1925, being the 16 day of Nov, 1925,
then and there to answer a petition
filed in said court on the 1st day of
October, 1925, in cause No. 109,
wherein Mrs. Bessie F. Yates, joined
by her husband E. T. Yates, is plain-
tiff, and the unknown heirs of the
above named persons are defendants,
as well as the unknown heirs of the
unknown heirs of such persons, plain-
tiff’s cause of action being as follows:
Plaintiff says she was lawfully seized
and possessed of 998.34 acres of land,
off of the north end of partition share
No. 9 of the San Juan de Carrieitos
Grant, in Cameron County, Texas,
on the 11th day of September, 1925,
and defendants on said date unlaw-
fully ejected her from said land and
premises and withhold from her the
possession of same, to her damages
in the sum of one. hundred dollars.
Plaintiff pleads the three , five and
ten year statute of limitation, and
also under the partition had on the
28th day of May, 1889 in the District
Court of Cameron County, Texas,
and plaintiff says the extent of the
interest of said heirs is unknown to
her. Plaintiff alleges that the claims
of defendants constitute a cloud on
her title which she is entitled to
have removed, and she prays that the
defendants be cited to appear and
And all persons owning or having or
claiming any interest in the following ’ wer by citation by publication for
described land delinquent to the State eigbt weeks, in the manner and for
of Texas and County of Willacy for _the time required by laWj and that
for taxes, to-wit: Lot 9, Block 7,
Town of Raymondville, according to
the official map or plat thereof as
the same appears of record in the
deed records of Cameron County,
Texas.
Which said land is delinquent for
the following amount: $0.24, for State
Taxes and $0.32, for County Taxes,
and you are hereby notified that suit
has been brought by the State for the
Collection of said taxes, and you are
commanded to appear and defend
such suit at the January Term of
Criminal District Court of Willacy
County and State of Texas, being the
next regular term thereof to be held
at the court house thereof, at Ray-
on final hearing the cloud on the title
to said land be removed.
You are further commanded to
serve this citation by publication the
same once in each week for 8 succes-
sive weeks previous to the return day
hereof, in a newspaper published in
your county, but if no newspaper is
published in said county, then in the
nearest county where a newspaper is
published.
Herein fail not, but have you be-
fore said court, on the first day of the
next term hereof this writ, with your
return thereon, showing how you
