Re: WOMEN IN THE WILD BLUE... Target-Towing WASP at Camp Davis
Dear Dr. Mueller:
Enclosed is another copy of WOMEN IN THE WILD BLUE to remind you
about Woman Airforce Service Pilot Helen Snapp, who presented her
personal story along with my presentation at your museum in March. At that
time, I urged you to consider presenting the WASP story along with your
magnificent \Nl\ displays. The WASP contributions are becoming more noticed with time.
2009, President Obama signed legislation that awarded
Congressional Gold Medal. (NPR attachment enclosed.)On July 4,
WASP theYou have been sending out exciting news about the grand opening and
dedication of the WWII Museum expansion. The WASP story is certainly
worthy of your WWII Museum recognition as major support for training troops
and airplane ferrying demands of the Air Force.Best regards,
