San Antonio, Texas, Oct. 18.—
The paymaster of the fourth Tex
as voluuteer infantry at Camp
Mosby in this city distributed
$20,000 yesterday. About 200
of the paid off soldiers, joined by
about 100 aitiller} and cavalry-
men, were very disorderly in the
slums last right. The rioting was
kept up all night, and a number
of soldiers and civilians were in-
jured and many artests were
