FM SPECIALTY FOODS
Here at FM SPECIALTY
FOODS we have a new product
called, “NATURAL CALM.” It is
nature’s stress relief. Ninety to
ninety-five percent of the population
are below healthy magnesium levels.
This information is from “Peter
Gillham’s Natural Vitality.” Magne-
sium depletion can be caused by
such things as mental stress, caffeine,
sugar, alcohol, tobacco, drugs of all
types, high perspiration, diabetes,
chronic pain, and many other things.
After oxygen, water and basic food,
Magnesium may be the most impor-
tant element your body needs.
Symptoms of Magnesium depletion
are: Low energy, fatigue, PMS and
Hormonal imbalances, inability to
sleep, body tension, headaches,
muscle tension, anxiousness, as well
as many other symptoms. To get
more information you can
call 972-724-3388 or come by the
store. We would love to help you.
