War Clemency Advisory board.
Almost a third of 22,500 pris-
oners whose cases were reviewed
up to June 30 already have been
freed, while another third is
scheduled to be realeased within
the next year. In addition,
more than 32.000 prisoners have
been restored to duty'- before ex-
iratiou of their sentences, thus
being given the opportunity to
earn honorable discharges.
