sachusetts. where they will vaca-
tion at Cape Cod.

directors and transact business in
accordance with the association
by-laws. T
Directors whose terms expire
at this meeting are R. Cal Mc-
Curdy of Decatur and R. E. Seay
of Comanche. Mr. Seay has serv-
ed as association president for
the past seven years. He resigned
from the board at the June meet-
ing.to enter the Comanche Coun-
ty political campaign. Mr. Mc-
Curdy, vice-president assumed the
duties of the president and will
continue in that capacity until
the forthcoming annual meeting.
Other directors whose terms car-
ry over are F. B. Shannon, Ste-
phenville; W. B. Starr, Cisco,
and T. W. Winters, Evant. Each
director is elected for a three-
year term.
T. R. Timm, farm and ranch
economist with the Extension
Service at College Station, will be
the main speaker. He is very
closely associated with farm and
ranch people in each section «f
the state. He will speak on world
changes which affect the individ-
ual farm operator.
Barbecue Dinner
War bonds will be given as
prizes to the stockholders in a
contest. Each year the association
gives prizes to stimulate attend-
i ance. With the present world
crisis the directors decided on
] the bonds as being the most ap-
piopriate.
The annual barbecue dinner

Those who have attended the
meeting the past three years can

following counties: Hamilton, Co-
