In Comanche County. Teas, Aug-
ust 24. 1922. He was the son of
Luther J. and Annie Laura Mc-
Aliley.
He was married ,to Miss Ellen
Frances Jacobs. October 14, 1945,
and to this union two daughters

He obeyed the Gospel several
years ago and was a member of
the Church of Christ
