today.
Diaz did not land, and the Ypiranga,
after a two hours’ stop, continued its

City of Mexico, June 15.—rFrom four
points in the republic, widely sepafht- i j.-- -
ed, there came today news of disturb- COMMANDER PRICE IS

ances ^ a revolutionary character.
This information, taken with that of
the disaffection said to exist among
Orozco’s men in Chihuahua, has
served to embarrass slightly the fed-
eral government, coming as it does at
a moment when every effort is being
made to restore normal conditions.
At the national palace the importance
of the events was minimized, but
there appeared to be no doubt that
they do affect the spirits of unrest,
and the return of Madero will be
welcomed. It is thought that he will
be able to assist materially in pacify-
ing the disaffected elements.

Motion For Rehearing.
.;. Austin, Texas, June 15 —J. H. Beall,
attorney for the city of. Sweetwater,
was here today and filed a motion for
rehearing in the supreme court^n the
case ojf Kansas City, Mexico & Orient
Railway company vs. City of Sweet-
water,! wherein the court recently re-
versed! the lower courts and held that
the vrailroad1 company could move its
shops, found houses and offices from
Sweetwater. The city claimed a con-
tract holding the shops and offices,
but the supreme court said that the
officer who made the contract for the
company had no authority to do so.
The motion for rehearing is-elaborate
and insists that the evidence not only
shows that the officer did have the
authority to make the contract, but
that the jury is the judge of such
matters and decided t-hat the contract
had been properly made.
