Hardin-Simmons University on
their fall field trip Friday and
Saturday.
The trip will be to the Central

The group will leave Abilene
shortly after daybreak Friday and
will return late Saturday Har-
rison said. The young geologists
probably will spend Friday night
in Mason.
En route to the Llano Uplift
the students will examine geo-
logical features along the high
way.
Geological ' road logs prepared
by the Abilene Geological So-
ciety will be used as guides for
the studies along the highway
while the Cambrian field "trip
