Whittington were quietly married
Christmas Eve at five o’clock in Well-
ington at the parsonage of the M.
E. Church, the M. E. pastor officiat-
ing. Immediately after the ceremony
the couple left to visit in Wichita
Falls, arriving in Cooper Wednesday
afternoon. They are moving to Her-
bert Smith’s residence on Bonham
Averae where they will be at home
to their friends.
The bride Is the daughter of Mrs
M. E. Whittington and is a very
charming young woman. She has
been in Wellington for several month"

Mr. Yeager is the youngest son of
J. N. Yeager and is a fine young bus-

Knight-Fulton Nuptials
Sunday morning at nine o’clock
Luther William Knight and Miss Ma-
rie Fulton went to the parsonage of
the M. E. Church and were united in
marriage by the Pastor, Rev. L. D.
Shawver, using the ring ceremony.
They were accompanied by Misses
Mamie and Ila Bellotte of Red River
County.
They went immediately to 'he
bride’s home where they were guests
at a dinner given by Mr. and Mrs.
Fulton. Mr. and Mrs. Knight have
taken rooms at Mrs. T. M. Darwin’s.
The bride Is the eldest daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. C E.. Fulton and
is a young lady of many accomplish-
ments and pleasing personality.
