The last time the Sag cl luno

have a good titpe (ioyo on the nvei
below Juno, and prorpised us lots ot
fish, acd this account; for the where . 1
foreness of the wbichness of the re. j
ception. Besides that j^on. W. W
Freeman, one of the latgtst merchants j
in the city had been especially tD- |
gaged to crack some jukes just from j
Iz.rd county, Arkansas, which he did ]
to perfection.
Justice Hyser, having heard our
cause, placed us in charge of D. J.
Dunnigan and Deputy Sheriff Jot
Bendele. Mr Dunnigan took us to
hia house and bade t|s make ourselves
at home during the stay in the city.
After partaking of a delightful din

preparation* were made for a trip to

About an hour by sun we reached

satanic majesty. We unrolled oui

deputy sheriff was pulling in trout and
T*** and little Joe was k*pt quite
busy pitting them on the siring In
about an hour, from our perch on the
bank, we heaid a call, and responding
