Receipts were 1920 head, including 395 packer cows, bulls, bred cows, and pairs. 410 yearlings, and
1115 calves. Packer cows and bulls were $1.00 to $2.00 lower. Bred cows and pairs were steady. Our
market on steer and heifer calves weighing 400# and under was $2 to $3 lower. Steers and heifers
weighing 500# and up were $3 to $4 lower. We had a lot of good quality cattle today but the market
was just lower on all classes of cattle.
