FISH Commissioner Womack made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Sammons,
that the City offer to convey to the Government, land, title in fee-simple,
as outlined in contour map up to 250 acres, provided that an agreement
can be reached in regard to amount of water to be used and other details
pertaining to the Government fish hatchery. Cominissioners Womack and
Sammons voted "Aye”, Commissioners Johnson and ^orrison voted "No”,
Mayor York voted "Aye".
The following resolution was read before the Board:
AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ASSENT OF THE CITY OF

Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved By The Board of Commissioners of
The City of Abilene, Texas that the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to
execute an agreement and assent of the city to such a transfer and assign-
ment ,

By motion of Commissioner Womack, duly seconded and carried, tbe
foregoing resolution was adopted. All Commissioners voted "Aye".
The following resolution was read before the board:
VOUCHER TO WATER RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY SECRETARY TO ISSUE A VOUCHER ON
DEPARTMENT THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF ABILNE, TEXAS IN THE SUM OF $368.75 TO THE
WATER DEPARTMENT TO COVER BILLS LISTED IN THE WATER DEPARTMENT A GAINST
PARTIES NOW NON-USERS OF WATER, SAID AMOUNT REPRESENTING THE TOTAL DEPOSITS
BY SAID NON-USERS PARTIALLY COVERING AN AMOUNT OWING BY THEM IN THE SUM OF
$882.85.
Whereas, a statement from the Water Department shows that certain
parties not now users, of water are charged with accounts aggregating the
sum of $882.85 and they appear to have on deposit to their credit the aggre-
gate sum of $368.75 which is $514.10 less than the accounts against them;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Board of Commissioners of
The City of Abilene, Texas that the City Secretary be and she is hereby author-
ized to issue a voucher in the general fund in the sum of $368.75 to the
Water Department. Said accounts aggregating the sum of $514.10 having never
been charged on the general ledger, be disregarded as worthless, which
should be and aJe hereby charged off.
Passed and approved this the 3rd day of July, A..D. 1931.

the foregoing resolutionwas adopted. All Commissioners voted "Aye”.
VOUCHER PAYING Commissioner Womack made a motion, duly seconded and carried,
AGENT FEE FOR author!zng voucher No. 2322B payable to Guaranty Trust Company for $7.71
AIRPORT BONDS cancelled, and a new voucher issued for $3.71 in favor of the Guaranty
Trust Company for services as paying agent for Airport Bonds. All
Commissioners voted "Aye".
JULY 4th. HOLIDAY Commissioner Johnson made a motion, duly seconded and carried,
that all city employees, except policemen and Firemen, be allowed a
holiday July 4, 19&1. All Commissioners voted "Aye".
By motion of Commissioner Sammons, duly seconded and carried,
the meeting was adjourned. All Commissioners voted "Aye".
