Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved By The Board of Commissioners of The
City of Abilene, Texas that the Mayor Pro Tem be and he is hereby
authorized to execute the farm rental contract with A. R. McClure.
Passed and approved this the 7th day of August 1931.
