The Following Ordinance Was read before the Board:
GAS-DOMESTIC KATES
TO CONSUMERS WITHIN
CITY LIMITS
AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ESTABLISHING DOMESTIC RATES THAT MAY BE
CHARGED BY ANY DISTRIBUTOR OF NATURAL GAS TO CONSUMERS WITHIN THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF ABILENE, TEXAS, PROVIDING THE
BRITISH THERMAL UNITS THEREOF, FIXING THE DATE FOR TAKING EFFECT,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
Commissioner Johnson made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Sam-
missioners present and Mayor York voted "Aye’*.
By motion of Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Womack
the rule was suspended and the above Ordinance was placed on Second
reading. All Commissioners present and Mayor York voted ’’Aye".
By motion of Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner
Sammons, the above Ordinance was passed on Second, and Final Reading.
All Commissioners present and Mayor York voted "Aye".
Commissioner Sammons made a motion, duly seconded ana carried,
that the meeting adjourn. All Commissioners voted "Aye".
