Elder Alfred Perry. The Order of Divine Worship service was held May 20, 1991 at The Carver Cultural Center, officiated by Rev. J. J. Rector. Funeral arrangements were made through Carter-Taylor-Williams Mortuary, and he was buried in Meadow Park Memorial Park in San Antonio, Texas.
