This photo shows 1956 Olympic Long Jump champion Greg Bell being congratulated after his NCAA win in Austin on June 14, 1957 (where he produced the then second longest jump ever - 26'7"). To the right (standing) is Bob Gutowski, 5th in the event. Next day Gutowski broke the World record in the pole vault with 15'9 3/4." Other athletes and track stands in background.
