Description: A letter addressed to "Tom Carlson" [T. N. Carswell], Abilene, Texas from Seomare Westfull, Carthage, Mo., dated April 26, 1947. Westfull requests a statement from Carswell to vouch for his integrity. In a postscript, he requests that Carswell send the original to Roy E. Mayes, President of the Carthage Marble Corp and the copy to him. Carswell makes note that he answered as requested in as helpful a way as he knew how.
