Video footage from The Black Academy of Arts and Letters recorded during the televised broadcast of the Black Filmmakers Hall of Fame Awards on May 15th, 1991. The VHS footage shows a televised award show in front of a live audience honoring black individuals in the film industry such as actors, directors, and writers alongside vocal and dance performers.
