Jerome Crossman, the president of the Dallas Citizens' Interracial Association plans to build more homes in the 173-acre area after building fifty homes. The association has also built a three-mile-long sewer line along with improved gas, electricity, paving, and curving; other buildings, such as a shopping center, schools, and churches are also planned to be built.
