Postcard to A. F. Mumkels. The sender asks Mrs. Munkels if he's gotten his balance back yet. The front of the postcard features a photograph of St. Helena's Church in Boerne, Texas, a high-roofed, wood building with steps leading up to the front doors. There is another wooden building beyond the church (which is situated at the right side of the photo), in the background, along with a windmill. There is a wood post fence in the grassy yard to the left of the church.

The crowd of people are lining both sides of the street as the parade goes through; the back of the photo says: "Truck Co. #80 Fire Dept. New York."

There is handwritten text on the other side of the postcard to Miss Margaret Hallock in Derby, Connecticut.
