Description: Copy of transcript for a statement by Moses Austin regarding the account with John F. Merieult, in which Austin reports that accounting records from Merieult have repeatedly contained discrepancies between sales recorded and actual sales rendered. Austin also reports that he was charged for commission on lead shipments that he did not authorize. However, Austin concludes that Merieult likely has no knowledge of these mistakes and assumes that the matter can be easily resolved.

Description: The National Museum of the Pacific War presents an interview with Albert Lawrence Wile. Wile joined the Army in 1943. He completed Cook School, and worked as a cook at Fort Meade and Fort Eustis. In late 1944, he traveled to Cherbourg, France and Belgium, working with the 1591st Labor Supervision Company. Description: The National Museum of the Pacific War presents an interview with Afton Keeton. Keeton joined the Navy in July of 1942. He completed Hospital Corps School and became a Pharmacist Mate. He first served aboard the USS Sea Dragon (SS-194). They patrolled the Aleutian Islands. He was then stationed at the Submarine Base in Pearl Harbor, working in a sick bay.
