Inscription on back of photo states, "Brother & sisters ran this Henrietta cafe. May have been in the St. Elmo Hotel or where the Clay County Sherriff's Department is now located. They operated cafes at both locations. Pictured are Cora and Charlie Capps. Lou Capps also assisted. Great Aunts and Uncles to Jerry Payne."
