Dry Cleaning Activities

Description: The Dry Cleaners Environmental Response Program was created in 2003 by House Bill 1366 (78th Legislature, Regular session) and codified in the Texas Health and Safety Code. This law is established new environmental standards for dry cleaners and a remediation fund to assist with the assessment and remediation of contamination caused by dry cleaning solvents.
