[Os-Aple Jubilee Week Parade]

Description: The 'Os-Aple' jubilee was the 1912 celebration marking 60 years of existence for the City named 'El Paso'. El Paso was originally settled and named as the Franklin Settlement in 1849. Description: Postcard of the Infantry Replacement Band, a large group of soldiers holding instruments, at Camp MacArthur in Waco, Texas.
