OUED is writing to congratulate the attorney's work, which they see as a stepping stone in relieving racist relations in San Antonio.

Description: Letter from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to Mario Marcel Salas, president of the Black Coalition on Mass Media (BCMM). Only one page of their correspondence has been provided, however. From what remains available, it appears that the FCC was trying to distance itself from a disagreement that occurred between the BCMM and KAPE radio, in which the latter accused BCMM of "personal attacks."

They write to propose a number of possible philanthropic and charitable solutions that their churches may use to help San Antonio's impoverished residents. It includes the establishment of legal defense funds and transportation to those on welfare, among others.
