Description:
Patent for an improved cuff-holder that is simple and inexpensive, and is "adapted to serve as a sleeve button and a cuff support, and capable of read adjustment to enable the wearer to arrange his cuffs as desired, and to show them beyond the coat sleeve to a greater or less extent" (lines 12-16).
