Script from the WBAP-TV/NBC station in Fort Worth, Texas, relating a news story. An oil and gas lease sale is scheduled on October 2nd which helps Austin and San Antonio solve their energy shortage. Bob Armstrong, Austin-state Land Commissioner said that, this would be the largest sale in 25 years and it enables to take one-sixth royalty payment in gas or oil and also an opportunity to buy natural gas at a fair market value.
