[Letter from I. H. Kempner to A. T. Whayne, June 18, 1953]

Description: Letter from I. H. Kempner to A. T. Whayne acknowledging Whayne's letter of the 15th and agrees that a banquet to honor the Medical College staff is a good idea but expresses concerns about its practicality. He mentions doubts about the availability of necessary equipment and appurtenances for the hospital's opening and the high cost of a worthy banquet. He suggests waiting a few months until adequate facilities are available before planning the event.
