Description: Onionskin paper carbon copy of letter written by John J. Herrera to Holger Jeppesen, addressing a segregation issue arising at the Gulf Atlantic Warehouse Company. Latin Americans of Mexican descent were being segregated during lunchtime at the warehouse. This was a violation of the segregation laws of the State of Texas.
