Photograph of an aerial view looking west/northwest over the Sabine Neches Canal from a point just north of the Old Boscute draw bridge at the foot of Austin Avenue in Port Arthur, Texas. The drawbridge, raised, can be seen just left of the photo's center. To the right of the bridge, on the opposite side of the canal, is the old Jefferson County Office Building (now the Jefferson County Sub-Courthouse).
