Utilization Review in STAR+PLUS Managed Care

Description: This report details on HHSC’s HCBS review focused on members with the lowest acuity levels, as determined by the Resource Utilization Group (RUG) classification, including members with reduced physical function. Members who were reviewed in fiscal year 2020 were excluded from this review.
