This report describes the potential environmental impacts and proposed mitigation measures associated with the construction and operation of the West Oak Cliff segment of a DART light rail transit (LRT) system. This report did not anticipate any significant impacts. This report was concluded before the final location of the stations were approved. Therefore, this document includes assessments on the impact of various optioned locations.
