Description: Hand-drawn map on card stock showing Australia, New Zealand, and New Guinea. It was drawn by Mary McAllister in Marshall, Texas, for a school assignment. She signed it in the lower left corner and dated it May 5, 1893. Written in pencil in a different hand on the right side of the map is the grade 99 1/2. Description: Menu for the Elsberry Café, Marshall, Texas. It consists of a cover, glossy black on one side, with gray letters printed on it. The list of offerings of the menu was printed with black ink on cream paper that was glued onto the back of the cover. Description: Letter from Lewis McCutchan to his parents Mary and Marion Sims McCutchan discussing his work at the Harrison County Y.M.C.A. Camp for Boys, Taylor's Island, Karnack, Texas. He describes his duties, including being in charge of the cook's tent and dining hall. He mentioned that they went for a motor boat ride, and that it was his first.
