Letter from H. H. Ransom to Herbert A. Gambrell mentioning about an important meeting of the University's Board of Regents in El Paso which needs his attendance from Thursday till Saturday. He thought that he'd be able to make it to the society's meeting but it seems impossible now that he has to be present in El Paso until the hour of Adjournment at For Clark. So, he mentions how he's feeling sorry for not being able to attend Society's discussion.
