Photograph of two men sitting in a fire truck. The truck is a 1915 Cadillac chemical truck, and says "Port Arthur Fire Dept." on the front. The truck was donated by Assistant Chief George Stearns, in memory of his wife. The truck was named "Belle Stearns," and was the first piece of motorized fire equipment for the Department.
