Description: Black taffeta petticoat with pink crinoline and net ruffles underneath. Elastic waistband. The hem consists of the outer black taffeta petticoat, three layers of pink net ruffles sewn to the crinoline, and an inner layer of black taffeta sewn over the ruffles.
