Description:
Handwritten affidavit by Seymour Weitzman. Weitzman states that he was standing on the corner of Main and Houston as the President passed. When shots were heard, he and his partner investigated the Texas Building. Captain Fritz soon arrived and ordered that the sixth floor be sealed off.
