[Oxen for Log Wagon]

[Oxen Drinking Water]

Description: Photograph of J. W. Broom and Jethro Holmes watering a pair of oxen used to pull an eight-wheel log wagon at the Texas Folklife Festival. Both of them are representatives of the Woodville Dogwood Festival. Broom is standing on the left in front of the oxen, holding a rope that is tied to one ox's halter. This ox is drinking from a metal bucket full of water beneath a water spout. Holmes stands on the other side of the oxen.
