The Congress of Tamaulipas is aware of the harm caused by legal suits and decrees that all court cases presented after December 1829 because of political opinions expressed and those resulting from the occurrences of August 14, 1831 are to be dismissed. The articles also include the current case presented by José Ignacio de la Peña against Ignacio Cardenas.
