Description: Report to Chief J. E. Curry by H. M. Hart concerning an interview with Mrs. Rex Goodman, the former landlady of Jack Ruby. Hart states that Mrs. Goodman denied that Ruby had ever lived in the apartment she managed, but that his sister Eva Grant did live there and that she was a close friend of hers. She also stated that she saw Ruby enter his sister's apartment on multiple occasions, but she had never seen Lee Harvey Oswald.

Hart states that Mrs. Jackson presented records that Ruby moved into Apartment 105 at 4727 Homer on January 3, 1959 and moved from that location on July 1, 1961. Mrs. Jackson stated that she did not know Ruby, but the tenant records in her office did not reflect any unusual circumstances occurring during the time he was a tenant.

[Report concerning a second interview with W. J. Harrison]

Description: Report to Chief J. E. Curry by C. C. Wallace concerning a second interview with W. J. Harrison. Wallace states further information obtained from Harrison brought out other information that they considered to be important. Harrison stated that he could not remember exactly where the other officers were that were standing near him. He also described seeing two automobiles leaving the Main Street ramp, but that he did not observe anyone coming down the ramp.
